2. Purpose and scope

This legal notice governs access to and use of the website agencia-jade-home.netlify.app (the "Website"), owned by Agencia Jade Home. Accessing the Website confers the status of user and implies full acceptance of these terms.

3. Nature of the service

Agencia Jade Home acts solely as a recruitment and introduction agency between the employing client and the candidate. The employment relationship is entered into directly and independently between the client and the person hired, under Spanish Royal Decree 1620/2011 governing the special employment relationship of domestic service.

The Agency is therefore not party to the resulting employment or social security obligations, without prejudice to the optional payroll and administrative services that may be expressly contracted.

4. Fees and guarantees

The fees, payment terms, promotions and replacement guarantee shown on the Website are indicative. The terms applicable to each assignment are the current terms of engagement, accepted when booking online or signed in the Service Engagement Form, which prevail over any other information published here.

Booking online. The engagement can be formalised on the website in three steps (plan, details and acceptance), with the chance to review and correct your details before confirming. After acceptance, the client receives by email a summary with the terms as a PDF, which is kept on file. Languages: Spanish and English; the Spanish version prevails.

Advertised promotions are subject to the conditions and limits stated at any given time and may be modified or withdrawn without notice, always respecting assignments already formalised.

5. Intellectual property

All Website content — text, photographs, logos, trade marks, graphic design and source code — belongs to Agencia Jade Home or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the owner's express written authorisation is prohibited.

6. Liability

The owner is not responsible for the use users make of the Website's content, nor for damage arising from improper use. Information published about working hours, rest periods and legal obligations is indicative only and does not constitute legal or employment advice.

The Website may contain links to third-party sites. The owner neither controls nor is responsible for their content or privacy policies.

7. Data protection

The processing of personal data collected through this Website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts that are legally competent.
