Our biggest advantage
candidates in a database we keep alive
We work with candidates of any nationality. The Filipino community is simply where our network is deepest — which for you means better profiles and a shorter wait.
Candidate profiles
Before each interview you receive a profile like these: experience, strengths, languages and the rating from her references, whom we have called one by one.
Nine years with the same family in Madrid's Salamanca district. Spanish, Asian and international cooking; shirt ironing and delicate fabrics.
Morning half-days with families with young children: breakfast, school run, a tidy home and meals ready.
Weekly cleaning and ironing in large homes. Very methodical: wardrobes, windows and care of fine wood and surfaces.
Trained nursing assistant. Ten years caring for elderly people: mobility, medication and accompanying them to appointments.
Sample profiles with illustrative photos. Every real candidate comes with her own experience, languages and checked references.
Who we recruit
We define the real role with you — tasks, hours, temperament — and search from there. Not the other way round.
Lives in the home. Daily continuity and wide availability, for households that need a steady presence.
Fixed hours at your home, returning to their own. The most common option when you want routine without accommodation.
Specific days and time slots for defined tasks, with social security registration from the very first hour.
Routines, meals, hygiene, homework support and after-school activities — with proven experience and genuine warmth.
Companionship, mobility support, medication management and help with daily life — with patience and discretion.
Optional add-on: employment contract, social security registration and deregistration, monthly payslips and changes to working hours. You never touch the admin.
Looking for a specialist profile — a live-in couple, estate keepers, a chauffeur or a house manager? Tell us and we will search for it.

Who we are
There are two of us and we handle every assignment personally. That is why we know the candidates we introduce — we interviewed them ourselves.
Director & client relations
He takes your brief, defines the profile with you and coordinates the process through to the start date. He also manages our payroll partnership, so the paperwork never becomes your problem.
Selection & community liaison
She interviews every candidate, verifies their references and keeps our network alive within the Filipino community in Spain. She is the reason we reach profiles no job board has.
Frequently asked
Usually your first profiles arrive within 72 hours of defining the role. Because we are not posting an ad and waiting for replies, we start with people we have already interviewed and who are available now.
If the person hired does not pass their trial period, or the working relationship ends within the first three months, we run a fresh search at no additional cost. The guarantee covers up to two replacements and, after the first, the three-month period restarts in full from the new person's start date.
You pay once, on the day the contract is formalised or the person starts. Advice, shortlisting, reference checks and interviews are free: if you decide not to hire, there is no charge whatsoever.
Yes. Under Fees, choose your plan, enter your billing details and confirm. You immediately receive an email with the booking summary and all the terms: online acceptance is fully valid under Spanish law (Law 34/2002). You pay on hiring; if you hire no one, you are not charged anything.
At the 2026 minimum wage, a full-time employee costs the family about €1,742 a month: €1,424.50 gross plus €317.24 in social security. It depends on the salary you agree, the hours and the number of payments; work out your exact case with our cost calculator.
You are. We act purely as a recruitment and introduction agency: the employment relationship is established directly between your household and the person hired, under Spanish Royal Decree 1620/2011, which governs domestic employment.
If you would rather not handle the contract, the social security registration or the monthly payslips, our payroll service takes care of all of it.
Yes. We recruit throughout Spain. Madrid and Barcelona are our base and where our network is deepest, but we take assignments in any province and also work with employers relocating to another European country who need staff at their destination. Get in touch and we'll assess it, free of charge.
Because that is the community where our network is deepest and where we can verify references most reliably. Many of these candidates also bring years of domestic experience and a good level of English, which international households value highly.
That said, we recruit candidates of any nationality. What we look for is the fit with your home, not a particular passport.
We personally call previous employers, one by one, whenever they can be reached. We also cross-check within the community itself, where a recommendation — or the absence of one — says far more than any CV.
